I’m thrilled to connect with you! Since 2022, I’ve had the joy of working as a doula, first in a nonprofit setting and now in my own practice. Supporting families during the incredible journey of welcoming a new baby is my passion, and I can’t wait to share this beautiful experience with you!
Before my doula journey, I worked in education and disability services, which shaped my understanding of diverse needs.
On a personal note, I have a lively household with two wonderful children—one born in a hospital and the other at home—alongside my husband and our four pets! In my spare time, I enjoy reading, hand embroidery, and baking.
My heartfelt mission is to ensure that everyone feels empowered and confident in their unique birth experience!

Labor Doula

As your labor doula, I provide continuous emotional and physical support during labor and delivery. I offer evidence-based information, assist with comfort measures, and help create a calming environment to empower you throughout this transformative experience.Postpartum Doula
$30/hour
My postpartum doula services support families as they transition after childbirth. I assist with newborn care, help establish feeding routines, and provide resources for parental self-care, ensuring you feel confident and supported during this time.
